### What stack do you use?

Standard: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase (Postgres + Auth + RLS), FastAPI for heavier jobs, Vercel + Railway for deploys. Adaptable when context demands it.

### Do you work solo or with a team?

Both. For MVPs often solo; for larger trajectories I bring specialists — design, embedded, data — who work in the same style.

The local prototype includes six furnished room types, floor selection, camera controls, room-specific settings, energy charts and a reversible simulated optimisation. It demonstrates the interface and engineering needed to make complex systems approachable.
