Sensors, data, decisions — connected

IoT & Smart Systems

I design and guide IoT and smart systems trajectories where sensors, data, software and business logic actually come together. My focus is usability, reliability and integration with your operational reality.

The problem

IoT projects rarely fail on sensors. They fail on integration: data that never arrives, dashboards nobody opens, and operational teams left out of the loop.

The outcome

An IoT layer that is actually used — from prototype to production to maintenance.

For whom

  • Operations and facility leaders who want visibility into physical processes
  • Product developers with a hardware-software roadmap
  • Industrial SMEs with OT/IT integration challenges

What I deliver

  • Architecture: edge → gateway → cloud → application
  • Hardware/firmware choices and supplier advice
  • Data model and alerting aligned with operational reality
  • Lifecycle plan from prototype to maintenance and replacement

What a trajectory looks like

01

Use case exploration

What should we actually measure — and why?

02

Pilot installation

Small, end-to-end. Real data, real users.

03

Scale & manage

Roll-out, monitoring, OTA updates, ownership.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build hardware yourself?
I design and guide; for production hardware I work with selected partners. But I can build prototypes when that leads to proof faster.
What about remote maintenance?
OTA updates, signed firmware, watchdogs and structured logging are part of the architecture from day one — not a later phase.

Does this sound like your situation?

Send a brief description of what you're facing. No lengthy proposal process — just an honest first exploration.
