My perspective

Humanity. Business. Technology. Connected.

01

Humanity

People can only trust what they understand. Adoption, behaviour and clear decision-making are not an afterthought change package for me — they are where the design begins.

02

Business

A system that delivers no value is not a system, it's overhead. I work from outcome metrics: time, error reduction, throughput, decision speed.

03

Technology

Stack follows strategy, not the other way around. I choose architecture that scales without rebuilding — modern, proven building blocks, no heroics.

Languages

  • ArabicNative
  • DutchFluent
  • EnglishAdvanced

Three languages as a bridge — Arabic is my mother tongue, Dutch is my work language, English is standard for international projects. I deliver trainings in all three.

Volunteering

Knowledge doesn't share itself.

Peer Coach

Hogeschool Rotterdam

Guided fellow students within the programme and supported knowledge sharing around technical and study-related topics.

Computer Trainer

Stichting Nieuw Thuis Rotterdam

Shared digital skills with newcomers — from the conviction that technology only has value when people can work with it.

Ways of working together

  • Exploratory conversation or working session
  • Fixed day/week per month as trusted advisor
  • Project or trajectory with scope and outcome
  • Interim ICT role, IoT or automation pilot
  • Keynote, workshop or in-company training (NL · EN · AR)

What sets me apart

The combination. ICT management in an education context teaches you that technology only works when users accept it. An IoT graduation project teaches you that data without integration is worthless. And a background in economics ensures I measure every technical proposal against a business yardstick.

A conversation beats a quote form.

First 30 minutes without obligations. What you're facing is usually clearer than what you're trying to solve — and that's where I like to start.
